成人直播 College of Osteopathic Medicine hosts 17th annual research forum
On Friday, September 22, 2017, the 成人直播 College of Osteopathic Medicine held its annual research forum. Now in its 17th year, this event included five oral presentations by first and second year medical students and 25 student poster presentations. Seventeen faculty judges evaluated the presentations, presenting awards for the top three clinical research projects and top three basic science research projects.
The forum鈥檚 keynote speaker was Ron Korstanje, Ph.D., FAHA, assistant professor at The Jackson Laboratory; co-director of the Nathan Shock Center of Excellence in the Basic Biology of Aging; and project leader in the Center for Precision Genetics. Korstanje spoke on the topic of 鈥淭he Genetics of Aging: Worms, Mice, and Humans.鈥
