成人直播 Marine Science research featured on 鈥楴BC鈥檚鈥 鈥淭oday Show鈥
On May 18, 2016, millions of viewers watched as the 鈥淭oday Show鈥 aired a story about 成人直播 Marine Sciences Professor James Sulikowski鈥檚 groundbreaking shark research.
An NBC News crew tagged along as Sulikowski, Ph.D., and his collaborators from the University of Miami鈥檚 Rosenstiel School of Marine and Atmospheric Science pulled live sharks on board a boat off the coast of Florida. Once the sharks were on board, the researchers used ultrasound technology to see if the sharks were pregnant.
The national broadcast comes after a recent study published by Sulikowski and Neil Hammerschlag, research assistant professor at the University of Miami. Sulikowski and Hammerschlag refined ultrasound technology to study the reproductive biology of sharks. The study offers marine biologists a new technique to investigate the reproductive organs and determine the presence of embryos in sharks without having to kill the animal first, which was commonly done in the past.
