Jennifer Stiegler-Balfour receives National Teaching Innovations and Professional Development Award
Jennifer Stiegler-Balfour, Ph.D., assistant professor of psychology, has been named the national recipient of the Teaching Innovations and Professional Development Award from the Society for the Teaching of Psychology (American Psychological Association, Div. 2).
The award, which was sponsored by Sage, recognizes early career psychologists who have demonstrated enthusiasm for teaching as well as demonstrated commitment to scholarship of the science of teaching and learning. Stiegler-Balfour was presented with the award at the American Psychological Association (APA) annual convention in Washington, D.C., on August 8.
